Tobiko is the roe of Tobiuo, Flying FIsh in Japan. This classic orange, small yet crunchy roe, is one of the most iconic seafoods of Japan, in sushi, pasta, chirashi dons and even recently, in fried rice as well!
The Gold colour is made using special mirin, and an amazing sight to behold. Tastewise its the same as classic tobiko orange.
