Made from 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Banshu, Hyogo Prefecture. Sawanotsuru Junmai Nama Genshu sake never goes through pasteurization.
Using ultrafiltration method, flitering very fine particles that cannot be filtered by general filtration at the molecular level.
