THE SAMURAI SHOCHU !!

Samurai No Mon is a very special sweet potato (imo) shochu. Uses traditional ingredients “Genji Imo” ( Traditional Rare Sweet Potato ). As for its koji rice, the producer revived a type of rice (Shiratama-mai) that hasn’t been grown in Japan for more than 160 years.

This special rice, combined with the great, self-grown sweet potatoes ( Genji Imo ), makes this shochu so aromatic, intense with long finish, however delicate umami flavor comes from black koji.

The elegant black bottle comes with a banderol and a label made of fine washi paper.
