A rich ponzu sauce made with the juice of Niihime, a citrus fruit that can only be harvested in Kumano City, southern Mie Prefecture. Niihime has a strong acidity and a refreshing aroma, similar to Sudachi and Shikuwasa. There is kelp cut into 10cm pieces inside.
