This noodle is made using 100 - percent rich Hokkaido flour. Made using traditional techniques, this noodle is thin and has a smooth texture. It can be eaten cold or served with soup. Best eaten with tempura, meat, vegetables, seafood, tofu and fishcake. Alternatively, the noodle can be served as part of a salad.
