Sakekasu is the leftover bits from the sake making process.
This Cleansing Water is the wiping type. It gently removes old skin and moist
moistens the face. It is incorporated to speedily lift up the impurities of makeup,
sebum and dead skin cells on face, eye and lip to reveal brighter and refined
complexion.

Soak appropriate amount into cotton, and gently wipe face until the makeup is dissolved. Can be used on eye and lip areas. No rinsing is necessary.
